Carefully selected materials and superior craftsmanship with an attention to detail produces homes of the highest quality, which is the goal of Tim Jackson Custom Homes.  We put a tremendous amount of pride in each one of our homes.  This pride is reflected in the quality and craftsmanship of each phase of construction – from the foundation to the final painting.

The following are a few examples of features that we put into each home we build to produce the highest quality product possible:

Feature:

Hot water circulating pump installed on water heaters.

Benefit:

Eliminates the wait for hot water at each faucet in the home by continuously circulating hot water throughout the house.  This greatly reduces water consumption and helps preserve one of our most precious resources.

Feature:

#2 grade lumber or better used for all joist and rafter construction.

Benefit:

#2 grade lumber stays straighter and has less knots (which weakens the lumber) than #3 grade.
