ALLIE PERKINS

As Director of Operations, Allie oversees TJCH’s daily operations, ensuring every custom home is built with precision, quality, and client satisfaction. From design to construction, she brings structure, consistency, and hands-on guidance to both our team and clients throughout the entire process. Allie is an active member of the Dallas Builders Association, serving on the boards of both Professional Women in Building Council and the Young Professionals Council.

 

Allie joined TJCH in 2020. Before stepping into the homebuilding industry, she spent six years in the events industry as a 4-time award-winning Creative Event Designer. She earned her B.S. in Hospitality Management from the UNT in 2016 and also holds an A.A. in Liberal Arts.

 

Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Allie is fluent in Portuguese. Outside of work, she loves traveling with her husband, attending concerts, live theatre, and sporting events, and spending time with her blue-eyed Siberian Husky. ​
