ALLIE PERKINS

As Director of Operations, Allie orchestrates the internal day-to-day flow of TJCH's operational processes, ensuring that each custom home is built with uncompromising quality, meticulous precision, and to our client's satisfaction. Her leadership brings structure and consistency to every build, creating a seamless experience for everyone involved. From architectural drawings and design, to contracts, selections, and construction, Allie is hands-on every step of the way—guiding both our clients and our team with care and expertise

 

Allie joined TJCH in 2020 as a Project Coordinator before growing into this new role. Before stepping into the homebuilding industry, she spent six years in the events industry as a 4-time award-winning Creative Event Designer. She earned her B.S. in Hospitality Management from the UNT in 2016 and also holds an A.A. in Liberal Arts.

 

Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Allie is fluent in Portuguese. Outside of work, she loves traveling with her husband, attending concerts, live theatre, and sporting events, and spending time with her blue-eyed Siberian Husky. ​
