BRENDAN SEASTRUNK

As a Superintendent, Brendan oversees the day-to-day operations on the job site. He works closely with trade partners to manage scheduling and ensure every home meets TJCH’s quality standards.

 

Brendan began his career in the construction industry in 2019, gaining valuable hands-on experience while working for his family’s construction company. He went on to serve as a Construction Manager for a remodeling company and later as a Warranty Manager for a production home builder, where he refined his skills in quality control, customer service, and trade coordination. Brendan joined the TJCH team in July 2025.

 

In his free time, Brendan enjoys spending time with friends and family and watching sports and racing. In his free time, Brendan plays ice hockey and golf.
