As Construction Manager, Ty manages all aspects of daily construction operations, upholding our team’s dedication to exceptional quality and craftsmanship. He works closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients throughout every stage of the build to deliver a smooth and transparent experience from start to finish. Ty has been committed to creating a personalized building experience for every client, ensuring that each detail reflects both their vision and the company’s dedication to excellence.

Ty began his career immediately after high school with a global multifamily developer, where he gained hands-on experience building and renovating luxury apartment communities. He later advanced to Sr Project Manager for a general contractor, managing commercial projects ranging from $500,000 to over $50 million. His background in large-scale and custom construction has given him a deep understanding of both precision and efficiency on every job site.

Outside of work, Ty enjoys spending time with his wife, Chandler, and their two children, Titus and Halston. He’s passionate about the outdoors—whether he’s on the lake, golfing, or hiking with his family.
