MACON PEARSON

As the Director of Construction, Macon oversees the day-to-day construction operations. He manages/oversees our construction managers, subcontractors and overall progress of all of our job sites. Macon has been in the construction industry since graduating from Texas Tech University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Administration in Construction Management with a minor in Construction Engineering. Macon has been with the TJCH team since April 2020.

 

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Hadley, his daughter, Rilen, and the rest of his family. He enjoys sports, the outdoors, hunting and fishing, as well as playing a round of golf or a game of basketball.
